Please refer to our detailed Size Guide available on each product page. We recommend measuring your height and bust to find the perfect fit, ranging from XS to 7XL.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our designer collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Custom-made orders are final sale.

Can I request a custom length for my Abaya?

Most of our designs can be customized for length. Please select the 'Custom Size' option or contact our support team immediately after placing your order.

How should I care for my Bashariya Abaya?

To maintain the quality and intricate detailing, we recommend dry cleaning or a gentle hand wash in cold water. Always iron on a low heat setting on the reverse side.
